EPA DEIA Accessibility
Virtual Feedback Sessions
KMJ Consulting worked with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility (DEIA) Workgroup for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to develop a new strategic plan.
KMJ Consulting conducted two – two hour virtual feedback sessions on accessibility in the workplace to hear first-hand accounts and experiences of the Persons with Disabilities community and to obtain feedback on the related strengths, potential challenges, and barriers.
Both sessions were open to all EPA employees. We successfully facilitated 2,096 participants; 1,200 and 896 attended each session, respectively.
